The ones already found can't be dyed. I'd assume neither can the rest of them.

They are also all dropping inscribable, so most of Tyria and Cantha is out.

No word on location, I have to say though that the Emerald Blade I really like. It's very true to the concept art. I put the pics on the first page of this thread if you want to check that out.

From the looks of it these only drop inscribable, so they'd be limited to areas that areas drop inscribables.

Maybe someone can help, does anyone have a better pic of the Draconic shield? The only one I can see floating around and on both wiki's is the sun glare one that hides half the shield. I'd really like to see a good pic as I think this one might look rather good but can't tell. Thanks!

Where do I get them, how much time do I have to spend there, and which of you lucky posters is going to keep me company?

if the amethysts were emeralds (or dyable) that would be pretty sweet with the emerald blade. I'm really liking both though

yeh draconic shield is very nice, its big too!

but with post processing its really shiny and almost impossible to see half of it unfortunatly

I disagree. I like the fact that it's not handed to you, that you have to search and try to get these new items by trial and error. In the early days of MMO's people had to map out dungeons by hand, keep stacks of papers with skill combinations and develop their own damage calculators. The locations of these items only remain a mystery for a few days tops. Certainly we can all try to have a bit of fun and track them down. Next week the locations will be plastered across every website.
